Charles Hunter has been the head coach of the Nashville Storm since 20-- and has won --- championships. With the retirement of Owner Bill Caldwell, he has stepped up as the Chief Executive Officer/President of the team. Hunter played tight end for Tennessee State University.

General Manager

Scott Wallace is in his third year with the Nashville Storm and first as the general manager. Wallace co-owns Wallace Media Group (WMG), a media consulting firm based in Nashville with his wife Harriet Wallace. WMG will handle gameday activites for the Storm with Wallace handling all day-to-day matters of the team.

Director of Team Operations

 Harriet Wallace is co-owner and Chief Operating Officer of Wallace Media Group. This her first year as the director of team operations for the Storm. She currently works at the NBC affiliate in Nashville WSMV. She is also lead host for Pump & Politics TV.

Director of Player Personnel

Jason Sales is in his first year with the Nashville Storm. Sales played football for the Maplewood High School Panthersand is currently enrolled at Tennessee State University. Sales will assist Charles Hunter and Scott Wallace with player acquitisions.

Gameday Coordinator

McKinley Young Jr., a former defensive back for the Nashville Storm is in his first year as gameday coordinator for the team. Young played on two consecutive state championship teams at Pearl-Cohn High School. He went on to play football at Carson-Newman University befire transferring to Fisk University where he played basketball and baseball.
